Operation Connect is the special event that started it all. What began as a way
to give back to our troops and their families during the holidays has turned into
an ongoing mission of goodwill and support. The Operation Connect special
events have allowed hundreds of Marines deployed in Iraq the opportunity to
have a live, face-to-face Internet based video conversation with loved ones here
in the United States.
